We collect the limited information needed to sell and support the WP7 AI Connector Plugin Developer Kit. This can include your purchase email, Stripe receipt and transaction metadata, support emails you send us, and basic site logs if they are created by the hosting platform while operating or securing the site.
We use this information to fulfill purchases, verify access, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain site security, process refunds, handle disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Depending on where you live, the lawful bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles card details and payment processing. BuildWithJZ does not store your full card number or card security code.
We keep purchase and support records only as long as needed for fulfillment, refunds, tax and accounting records, dispute handling, fraud and security review, and legal obligations. When records are no longer needed, we delete or anonymize them where practical.
You can email hello@withjz.com to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to processing where those rights apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing or sale of personal information. We do not sell customer personal information.
